Dr. Sarita Dehariya Mehra (Principal)
Ph.D. (Law), UGC NET & JRF, LL.M (Criminology) LL.B, B.A.
Dr. Sarita Dehariya Mehra has a rich experience of 15 year plus in various Law Colleges & Universities in MP and Other State.She has got 15 Research papers published in UGC Care listed journal and reputed National & International Journals. She has published 3 books & 1 edited chapter in ISBN with National Publication. She has presented 3 research papers in International Conferences and various papers presented & participated in National and International Seminars ,Webinars & Workshops also. She was a paper setter in the year 2020 and Member of Faculty of Law in 2021 for DAVV, Indore.
Besides academic achievements, she has got remarkable presence in sports as well as she has represented state level in Chess & Badminton.
Prof. Sajal B Saxena (Professor of Practice)
B.Sc, LL.B, LL.M (Corporate Law), German Language Scholar, Licentiate from Insurance Institute of India, Mumbai.
Mr. Saxena is taking care of Legal Education as “Head of Department – Law” in capacity of Professor of Practice under the renowned & prestigious banner of IPS Academy, College of Law, Sanwer.
He is an intelligent legal strategist with highly diverse legal knowledge and possess 34+ years’ experience in various sectors including Corporate Legal Sector, Legal Education, Legal Practice.
Prof. Saxena has served at High Court of Madhya Pradesh in Gwalior Bench as well Indore Bench as an Advocate and currently empaneled as Legal Counsel with many leading corporates including Indus Towers Ltd. (formerly known as Bharti Infratel Ltd), Samrridhi Industries etc. where he not only deals into Litigation Management, Contract Management, Due Diligence for Land Acquisition but also Monitors the Statutory/ Legal Compliances.
His forte is in to drafting and vetting of Plaints, Written statements, Legal replies, Notices, POA and he represents on behalf of the empaneled organizations at District Courts, High courts, Commissioner and various Quasi-Judicial Forums and deals all kinds of corporate and local litigations including Regulatory, State Electricity board, Land acquisition related matters, Criminal litigations, Civil cases comprise of Property related matters, Contract matters, Cases/Disputes related to Land/Estate law, Cases as to Stamp and Registration Act, Labor laws, Para legal matters, Arbitration Matters, Cases under Negotiable Instrument Act and other Telecom related cases.
Bhoomi Shukla (Assistant Professor)

Ms. Bhoomi Shukla is an Assistant Professor of Law at IPS Academy, Sanwer, Indore (M.P) & has completed her master’s (LL.M.) in Corporate and Financial Law from O.P Jindal University.
Ms. Bhoomi Shukla has an academic experience of 1.5 years as an Assistant Professor of law in Lakmichand College of Commerce & Science, Bilaspur (C.G) and also worked as a convenor in departmental activities and competitions. Apart from academics, Ms. Bhoomi Shukla is a member of PFA (People for animals) under Mrs. Maneka Gandhi and hosted several stages as a speaker in the domain of law and cultural activities.

Mr. Supreet Modi is an Assistant Professor of Law at IPS Academy College of Law, Sanwer and has completed his master’s (LLM) in Business Law from School of Law, DAVV University, Indore. Mr. Supreet Modi is currently pursuing Ph.D in the Law from a renowned university of Indore.
Mr. Supreet Modi has an academic experience of 1 year as an Assistant Professor with IIC, Law College, Indore and 1 Year as an Advocate in court of law.
