Dr. Sarita Dehariya Mehra (Principal)
Ph.D. (Law), UGC NET & JRF, LL.M (Criminology) LL.B, B.A.
Dr. Sarita Dehariya Mehra has a rich experience of 15 year plus in various Law Colleges & Universities in MP and Other State.She has got 15 Research papers published in UGC Care listed journal and reputed National & International Journals. She has published 3 books & 1 edited chapter in ISBN with National Publication. She has presented 3 research papers in International Conferences and various papers presented & participated in National and International Seminars ,Webinars & Workshops also. She was a paper setter in the year 2020 and Member of Faculty of Law in 2021 for DAVV, Indore.
Besides academic achievements, she has got remarkable presence in sports as well as she has represented state level in Chess & Badminton.
Prof. Sajal B Saxena (Professor of Practice)
B.Sc, LL.B, LL.M (Corporate Law), German Language Scholar, Licentiate from Insurance Institute of India, Mumbai.
Mr. Saxena is taking care of Legal Education as “Head of Department – Law” in capacity of Professor of Practice under the renowned & prestigious banner of IPS Academy, College of Law, Sanwer.
He is an intelligent legal strategist with highly diverse legal knowledge and possess 34+ years’ experience in various sectors including Corporate Legal Sector, Legal Education, Legal Practice.
Prof. Saxena has served at High Court of Madhya Pradesh in Gwalior Bench as well Indore Bench as an Advocate and currently empaneled as Legal Counsel with many leading corporates including Indus Towers Ltd. (formerly known as Bharti Infratel Ltd), Samrridhi Industries etc. where he not only deals into Litigation Management, Contract Management, Due Diligence for Land Acquisition but also Monitors the Statutory/ Legal Compliances.
His forte is in to drafting and vetting of Plaints, Written statements, Legal replies, Notices, POA and he represents on behalf of the empaneled organizations at District Courts, High courts, Commissioner and various Quasi-Judicial Forums and deals all kinds of corporate and local litigations including Regulatory, State Electricity board, Land acquisition related matters, Criminal litigations, Civil cases comprise of Property related matters, Contract matters, Cases/Disputes related to Land/Estate law, Cases as to Stamp and Registration Act, Labor laws, Para legal matters, Arbitration Matters, Cases under Negotiable Instrument Act and other Telecom related cases.
Bhoomi Shukla (Assistant Professor)

Ms. Bhoomi Shukla is an Assistant Professor of Law at IPS Academy, Sanwer, Indore (M.P.) and holds an LL.M. in Corporate and Financial Law from O.P. Jindal University. She has 3 years of academic experience, including her tenure at LCIT College of Commerce & Science, Bilaspur (C.G.), where she also coordinated departmental activities and competitions.
She has completed a One-week Faculty Development Programme (2023) on Research Methodology & Teaching Pedagogy and has presented a research paper titled “Data Privacy, Data Protection: The Unprecedented Challenges of Ambient Intelligence” at an International Conference.
Beyond academics, Ms. Shukla is an active member of PFA (People For Animals) under Mrs. Maneka Gandhi. She has hosted and spoken at multiple law and cultural events, participated in a Beauty Pageant promoting girls’ education and animal welfare, and received a certificate for her fundraising contributions. She was also interviewed by Mr. Divya B. Sehgal, CEO of DB News Network, Delhi, for her impactful social work for animals.
Prof. Supreet Modi (Asst. Professor)

Mr. Supreet Modi is an Assistant Professor of Law at IPS Academy College of Law, Sanwer. He has completed his master’s (LL.M.) in Business Law from the School of Law, DAVV University, Indore. Mr. Supreet Modi is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Law from a renowned university in Indore.
Mr. Supreet Modi has a total academic and professional experience of 3 years, which includes his work as an Assistant Professor at IIC Law College, Indore, as well as experience as an Advocate in the court of law. He has also headed the Moot Court Committee, guiding students in advocacy skills and practical legal training.
Arti Porwal (Asst. Professor)

Ms. Arti Porwal is an academician with a strong foundation in Criminal Law. She has appeared in the M.P. Civil Judge Mains Examination and has 3 years of professional practice experience in the District Court,Ujjain.A standout student during her B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) graduation, she was the class topper in all semesters, demonstrating consistent academic excellence.Her teaching approach blends rigorous theoretical understanding with practical legal exposure, helping students develop strong analytical, research, and advocacy skills. She is currently serving as the Class Coordinator of the B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) program.
Mr. Vikas Chaturvedi

Currently serving as an Assistant Professor of History at IPS Academy College of Law, Sanwer, Indore, Madhya Pradesh. He holds an M.A. degree in History from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya (DAVV), Indore, and has qualified the UGC NET exam in History. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in History from a renowned university in Madhya Pradesh. Along with his academic credentials, he has completed a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from APS University, Rewa, and holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) degree from RGPV, Bhopal. Mr. Chaturvedi has actively participated in sports activities and developed event management skills, alongside working on research papers in the history stream. Known for his high energy, positive attitude, and hard work, he effectively links multidisciplinary subjects to foster comprehensive understanding among his students.
Dr. Sapna Sharma
Ph.D. and M.Phil. in Library and Information Science
Dr. Sapna Sharma is a distinguished Librarian at IPS Academy College of Law, Sanwer. She holds a Ph.D. and M.Phil. in Library and Information Science, demonstrating her expertise in the field.
With over 8 years of experience as a librarian in various government colleges of Madhya Pradesh, Dr. Sharma possesses a deep understanding of library management and information services. Her extensive experience has equipped her with the skills to effectively manage library resources and provide exceptional support to students and faculty.
Dr. Sharma is a prolific researcher with a focus on bibliometrics. She has published 15 research papers in UGC-CARE listed journals, reputed national journals, and national and international conferences. Her research work has been showcased at international conferences held at prestigious institutions such as National Law University, Delhi, and IIM Indore. Additionally, she has attended numerous national and international conferences, further solidifying her reputation as a scholar.
As a testament to her professional commitment, Dr. Sharma is an active member of the Madhya Pradesh Library Association and the Indian Library Association. Her ORCID ID is 0000-0007-0511-xxxx.
